Peace starts from within "You! " There are so many distractions in our lives. Some distractions are from the world that we live in. There is so much bad news that we hear about and allow into our minds. However, there is a peace within each and every one of us. You can discover it by focusing and observing your breath; each inhale and exhale.
Observing each Inhale and exhale will help you to become mindful. How often are you actually aware that you are breathing? How often do you consciously express gratitude for breathing? Following your breath and focusing on gratitude; this is a path to mindfulness and healing that everyone can follow.
